Le Peep Closes Its City Park Outpost
Long standing Denver breakfast and lunch restaurant in the City Park neighborhood closes down for good after a great run. Mitchell Retail Group negotiated an “off market” acquisition of this property between the operator and a local developer while simultaneously leasing the building to a different breakfast and lunch operator for their third location. Mitchell was able to help the developer and the tenant structure a mutually beneficial deal for both sides. The Tenant, for now is undisclosed and will be substantially renovating the property to showcase this great city park location boasting its huge park oriented patio.

Say what you want about the chain that is Le Peep, but the City Park outpost was a community gathering spot, a beloved one particularly on weekends. Young and old congregated at the lone eatery that stood on York across from the park. Classic breakfast fare from pancakes to French toast, omelettes and Benedicts was offered daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
