Justin Krieger Sells Net Leased Village Inn Property

Justin Krieger, Senior Advisor at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, is pleased to announce the sale of the net leased Village Inn property located at 9050 East Hampden Avenue in Denver, Colorado today. The property, a 5,474 SF restaurant building on a 19,800 SF lot at the entrance to the Village Square East Shopping Center, closed for $1,600,000. Justin Krieger represented the seller and procured the 1031 exchange buyer in an all cash transaction. The property was on the market for about two weeks before going under contract and closed 44 days thereafter.
