15 Year Lease  –  77,633 SF Office Space

AAA’s IT department was located in basement of their Headquarters building in Center City Philadelphia. It was too small and in need of upgrading to new standards. A site search determined the best alternative was to move the operations to New Jersey into custom built facility expressly designed for AAA. The site in Mt Laurel was selected and in addition to housing the IT function, the insurance group, who had a lease expiring nearby, also took space in the building. The 15 year lease transaction was completed at a below market rental with a base building that was a “hand in glove” fit for AAA’s use.
