15 Year Lease  –  157,265 SF Office Building

AAA called Philadelphia their home for close to 100 years. In 2003 they decided to relocate to Delaware along with their Elkton Maryland call center to take advantage of the incentives offered by the State. A site was found for a build to suit headquarters building of 157,265 SF for a 15 year lease term. The transaction included State tax incentives as well as a solution to the limited parking at the site as most employees drove to work. In 2018, they negotiated a new 15 year extension with an early termination to allow flexibility as the Mid-Atlantic Club had recently merged with AAA Club Alliance in Cincinnati.
