Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the lease of 4,064 square feet of retail space at 2245 Kearney Street in Denver, Colorado to Park Hill Dance Academy. The 11,000 square foot building, located in the highly desirable Park Hill neighborhood, will feature a renovated exterior façade and completely new interior. The lease agreement was executed on December 4, 2017.

Amanda Dorotik and Jamie Mitchell represented both landlord and tenant in the transaction.
