1350 Macon Street Sold For $1,490,000

The 12-unit apartment building was built in 1972 and sold on August 23rd with a contract price of $1,490,000; $124,167 per unit and $176.88 per square foot.

The Newell Team facilitated both sides of the transaction. This included facilitating the sale of three properties on behalf of the buyers, which led to a 3-in-1 1031 tax free exchange into 1350 Macon. The Sellers also plan to 1031 tax free exchange from the proceeds of 1350 Macon. The Buyer is expecting to improve their annual cash flow as a result of this transaction.
