Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is among the companies to be honored by the Denver Post for the Top WorkPlaces program for 2015

Forty-one of Pinnacle’s 50 employees responded to a survey conducted by WorkPlace Dynamics that evaluates companies based purely on the opinions of the people who work there.

“We’ve strived to create a culture at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors that is positive and encouraging,” said Matt Ritter, a principal of the company. “Our employees respond by providing our clients with the best service possible.”

The survey questions are designed to measure three critical elements of the workplace:

•      The OrgHealth section assess the company’s values, execution, leadership and culture.
•      The My Job section evaluates managers, pay, training and work/life balance.
•      The Engagement section gauges motivation, whether employees want to stay with the company and whether they would recommend the company to others.

In response to the question about what is most meaningful about working at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, one employee wrote, “The culture established at Pinnacle and the cohesive nature in which everyone collaborates for the good of brokers, clients and the company.”

Another employee said he loves his job because, “I work in an environment that encourages growth, gives constant feedback and is thoroughly enjoyable day in and day out.”
