Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors Would Like to Congratulate Our Top Brokers of 2015
Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC would like to congratulate Jules Hochman and Justin Brockman, both Senior Advisors, in receiving this year’s Top Producer award. In 2015, the Hochman Brockman team closed 39 deals with a sales volume of $181.9 million. Their largest transaction this year was the American Housing Preservation Portfolio, which sold for $50.7 million. Jules and Justin also earned the Top Multifamily Broker award. “The Hochman Brockman Team’s hard work and persistence helped produce outstanding results for all of their clients this past year,” stated James Mansfield, Vice President Managing Director.
Mark Goodman, Senior Advisor with the Goodman Schneider Team, was awarded the 2015 Top Industrial Broker award. In 2015, Mark completed 20 sales for a total sales volume of $18.8 million. His largest deal this year was 6270 Joyce Drive, which sold for $3.1 million. Mark has been awarded the Top Industrial Broker Award five years in a row.
The Top Office Broker award went to Jeff Caldwell and Blake Holcomb with the Caldwell Holcomb Team. In 2015, Jeff and Blake completed 48 sale and/or lease transactions with a total deal volume of $41.8 million.
Justin Krieger was awarded the Top Retail Broker award. He completed 19 sale transactions this year with a total sales volume of $20.8 million. His largest transaction of the year is the sale of Woodlake Center which sold for $3.0 million.
The Most Improved Broker award went to two brokers this year, Billy Riesing and Thomas Graeve. In 2015, Billy Riesing closed 12 deals with an average deal size of $1,058,263. Thomas Graeve closed 12 deals with an average deal size of $782,671.
