Ian Tomlinson is a Research Associate at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, where he supports market research, client conversations, and deal execution. He came to commercial real estate deliberately, after building a book of business from the ground up as an Account Executive at Unishippers in a competitive B2B sales environment — experience that shapes how he reads a market and works with clients today.  To build the technical foundation behind the move into Commercial Real Estate, Ian is working through the A.CRE Accelerator, a 17-course real estate financial modeling program.

When he’s not working, you’ll likely find Ian skiing, outdoors as much as Colorado allows, on the water learning to fly fish, or cooking for anyone who’ll show up and watch sports with him.
