Joey Gargotto brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience to Pinnacle. He has completed hundreds of investment sales and leasing transactions and has extensive experience advising property owners, investors, buyers, and tenants throughout Metro Denver. His primary focus on retail properties ranging from 5,000 to 25,000 square feet allows him to provide clients with detailed, boots-on-the-ground market knowledge and thoughtful strategies tailored to their individual goals.

His extensive transactional experience and focused knowledge of the commercial real estate market allow him to identify opportunities, navigate challenges, and help clients make informed real estate decisions.
