Joey specializes in the sale of Denver retail properties. He’s an expert in the Denver Metro retail market between 5-25,000 SF. By specializing in these 4,100 retail / retail-mixed use buildings, he’s uniquely qualified to deliver experience & relevant insights specific to that market.

Before joining Pinnacle, he completed approximately $80 million in sales and leasing activity at Shames Makovsky. His background is in value-add investments in mixed-use neighborhoods, tailored towards the private capital client. This expertise yielded a deep relationships with local investors interested in urban opportunities as well as owner-users.

He lives in Denver’s West Highland neighborhood with his wife Sarah and daughter Lennon.
