Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of Skyview Apartments, a 228-unit multifamily community located at 2025 & 2033 Jerry Murphy Road in Pueblo, Colorado, for $11,250,000 ($49,342 per unit | ~$75/SF).

Pinnacle worked with both the seller and buyer to complete the transaction. The Denver-based buyer plans to execute a comprehensive renovation and full-scale repositioning of the 1974-built community, including extensive interior upgrades, roof replacement, plumbing and electrical improvements, clubhouse restoration, and the potential addition of a pool. A new professional management company has been installed to oversee stabilization efforts.

The transaction included a structured preferred equity component from the seller, aligning interests and facilitating execution on a complex value-add opportunity. The buyer demonstrated strong conviction throughout the process, ultimately securing the acquisition after multiple negotiation cycles in a disciplined market environment.
