“After several months of strategic search and evaluation, I was pleased to assist the buyer in negotiating and acquiring commercial land south of Highway 119 and Common Drive, southeast of the UC Health Hospital and adjacent to Sandstone Marketplace in Longmont Colorado. The buyer plans to build a 172-unit senior living community that will offer independent living, assisted living and memory care services. The proposed development is projected to break ground January 2026. ESL will be opening a leasing showroom next to the site in the summer of 2026” stated Liz Morgan.
