The property featured all 2Br/1Ba townhome-style units with private fenced patios, access to a central laundry facility, and recent interior updates.

The sale marked the end of a long-term investment period for the sellers, who had owned the property since 2004. To preserve their equity and continue their investment strategy, the sellers utilized a 1031 tax-deferred exchange. “This was a complex transaction that required careful coordination, as both parties were navigating exchange requirements,” said Knowlton. “In addition to the sellers’ exchange, the buyers were also in a 1031 exchange, making the timing and execution of this closing critical for everyone involved.”
