Pinnacle Announces Sale of 16,260 SF Industrial Property in Commerce City
Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of a 16,260-square-foot industrial property located at 5151 E 56th Ave in Commerce City, Colorado. The asset sold for $2,750,000. Jeff Caldwell, Principal, and Eric Shaw, Vice President at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, represented the buyer, 1801 W 13th LLC, in the acquisition.
The property will become the new headquarters and operations facility for Taylor Fence Company, a long-established local fencing contractor. The company had outgrown its central Denver location, which provided limited building size and minimal yard area. After completing the sale of that property, Taylor Fence will relocate its full operations to the new Commerce City facility in Q1 2026.
