The transaction was facilitated by Elizabeth Morgan, Cody Stambaugh, and Kyle Moyer of The Morgan Stambaugh Group, with Sully Stadler of GreatStreet Realty serving as the Broker of Record, representing the seller, Herzman Niece’s Exempt Trust. The buyer, Core Acquisitions, was unrepresented in the sale.
