Pinnacle Announces Sale of 131 Unit Portfolio in Pueblo
Chris Knowlton, Vice President, and Jim Knowlton, Owner/Principal at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC, are pleased to announce the sale of Vinewood 5 Apartments located at 1936 & 2018 Vinewood Lane, and 1691 Moore Avenue in Pueblo, CO. The 36-unit property, sold on May 21st for a contract price of $2,916,000 ($81,000 per unit). This was the final property to close in the 131-unit portfolio. 2026-2032 Carlee Drive, a 60-unit property, closed in early May of 2025 for $5,500,000, and 1024-1026 Oxford Street, and 28 Amherst Avenue, a 35-unit property, closed in January for $3,150,000. “This was the final sale of our client’s portfolio down in Pueblo. Over the course of the last 18 months, we navigated multiple contracts, multiple 1031 exchanges, volatile interest rates and challenging market conditions to ultimately get the deals across the finish line and achieve our client’s goals,” said Chris Knowlton.
