Tom has had the pleasure of working with The Pearl Church for the past several years.  TPC had a mountain house outside of Idaho Springs that they had built a few years previously and used as a retreat property. They decided they wanted sell the property in May 2024. Due to the unique nature and additional complexities, Tom thought it best to co-list the property with a residential realtor that specialized locally in mountain properties. In the initial few months of marketing the house, we learned of numerous features the property lacked which limited demand and put downward pressure on pricing. Further, the property had title issues such as leftover mineral rights, a mining claim rather than a complete legal description and an easement from the adjacent property owner that needed to be clarified. We worked with TPC’s real estate attorney and an out-of-state buyer to resolve all the issues and closed on March 17, 2025 for $1,200,000.
