As part of Pinnacle’s Land Advisory Group, Wade Fletcher brings 16+ years of experience focusing exclusively on the full spectrum of land acquisition and disposition opportunities in the Colorado Market.  Wade’s experience and expertise in land sales spans across the Front Range with a particular focus on multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, greenfield, and for-sale housing development opportunities.  He also has considerable experience working with Buyers looking to identify viable development sites in the market.

Wade Fletcher was previously with Cushman & Wakefield for 7 years focusing exclusively on land sales across the Denver Metro area.  His start in commercial real estate was with Newmark, where he spent 10 years specializing in land transactions of all kinds.  Over that time, he has sold numerous high-profile sites that have resulted in successful projects both for owners and developers.

Wade is a Colorado native and graduated from Columbia University in New York in ’05.  While there, Wade was a member of Columbia’s football team and an All-American and spent the following two years as a member of the New York Giants.  Today, Wade spends his spare time with his wife and 3-daughters, and when possible, golfing, skiing, and traveling.
