Pinnacle Announces Multifamily Investor Purchase of Single-Tenant Property

This 2,750 SF gas station was built in 1987 and recently renovated in 2023. The commercial property sold on February 16th at a 7.84% cap rate with a contract price of $1,225,000. The lease is an Absolute NNN 20-Year lease with zero landlord responsibilities and 2.5% annual rent increase. Barton Thompson represented the Buyer in the transaction.
