Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the lease of a 4,077 square foot retail space for $570,780 located at 1500 Wynkoop in Denver, Colorado. Jamie Mitchell, Darrin Revious and Paul Nora, represented the landlord, Shadow Saddle, LLC in the transaction. Eric Shaw represented the tenant, Velvet Cellar, in the transaction.
