Church Property Sells for Residential Conversion
Posted on April 1, 2019
Tom was referred 408 Sherman St., Longmont by a PREA co-worker, Luke Salazar. Luke’s client had inherited the property after her father passed. Her preference was to sell rather than retain. The owner’s father had leased to a church. However, the church had no interest in purchasing the property. The site was imbedded in a well-established residential neighborhood in Longmont. We were able to contract with a well-qualified residential converter and closed in April 2019 for $475,000.
