Pinnacle Announces Sale of a Vacant Restaurant Building in Westminster

Justin Krieger, Principal at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC, and Peter Peluso, Vice President at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, are pleased to announce the sale of a +/- 9,325 square foot restaurant building built in 2011 on a +/- 1.47 acre lot located at 10392 Reed Street in Westminster, Colorado. The transaction closed for $2,200,000 on March 11, 2022. The property, which is just off the Church Ranch/104th exit on Highway 36 and vacant at the time of sale, had previously been home to Quaker Steak & Lube and Black Bear Diner. Justin Krieger represented the seller, and Peter Peluso represented the buyer in the all cash transaction.
