Pinnacle Announces Sale of 30,708 SF Industrial Warehouse for Owner-User
Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of a 30,708 square foot industrial office-warehouse property for $3,600,000 located at 5550 W 60th Ave, in Arvada, Colorado. M. Chandler Lisle, Associate Advisor, and Jeff Johnson, Co-Founder & Principal, represented the Buyer in the transaction.
“We were excited to help facilitate a transaction for two local Arvada business owners with aligned interests. Stonehouse Signs, Inc. built the property for their new sign plant in 1968, moving from their previous location on 9th and Larimer, held since 1920, where they grew to be the world’s largest producer of accident prevention and safety signs. Stonehouse has since sold the 158-year-old business, and elected to sell the property. The new Owners, Piper Electric & Stanmark Electric, which have a combined 68 years of business, look forward to expanding their electrical service operations to continue serving the Arvada and Denver Metro market, with plans to modernize the office portion of the property to suit, while utilizing the warehouse for their technician needs. This is the first transfer of sale at the property.”
