Stonehouse has since sold the 158-year-old business, and elected to sell the property. The new Owners, Piper Electric & Stanmark Electric, which have a combined 68 years of business, look forward to expanding their electrical service operations to continue serving the Arvada and Denver Metro market, with plans to modernize the office portion of the property to suit, while utilizing the warehouse for their technician needs. This is the first transfer of sale at the property.”
