Justin Krieger, Principal at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of three contiguous single tenant retail buildings located at 958, 978, & 998 South Havana Street in Aurora, Colorado. The properties are occupied by Advance Auto Parts, United Fidelity Bank, and Hertz, and the transaction closed on October 1, 2021 for $3,600,000. Justin Krieger represented the seller, a Denver-based family partnership, and procured the buyer, a Denver-based investment group.
