Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of a five building mixed-use portfolio in Arvada, CO. This $11,485,000 portfolio, situated on the Northwestern edge of the Arvada market, consists of residential, retail, and office tenants throughout different portions of the portfolio.  While the various tenant/lease types proved to be a challenge, the team strategized and ultimately facilitated a complex sale to a 1031 California buyer. Additional complexity was incorporated when the buyer selected a CBMS debt finance structure. “This deal really showcased our team’s knowledge, hard work, and problem-solving skills in challenging situations, which was the difference for our clients,” stated Peter Sengelmann, senior broker at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors.
