It sold to an Oregon-based developer for $675,000 on September 27, 2019. Justin Krieger represented the seller, a Denver-based private investor. The buyer plans to construct a building for a Dutch Bros coffee shop on the land, which is just north of the I-70 exit on Peoria Street.

“This deal was challenging due to the fact that my client owns the shopping center directly behind the land and was primarily concerned with how a new building would affect his shopping center’s visibility from Peoria Street. We were extremely excited to work with a developer who will construct a very small building that will have little to no impact on the shopping center’s visibility while driving traffic to the center due to the fact that Dutch Bros projects the store to be a top performer.” said Krieger.
