Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of 9234 Park Meadows Drive located in Lone Tree, Colorado. The 16,031 square foot retail building sold for $5,150,000 or $321.25 per square foot. Tom Ethington and Robert Edwards represented the seller in the transaction.
