Tom brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience throughout Metro Denver and Colorado’s Front Range, offering deep market knowledge and a proven track record of success. For the past decade, he has focused on serving churches, schools, and nonprofit organizations, providing strategic guidance tailored to their unique real estate needs. Earlier in his career, Tom specialized in retail real estate, representing and completing transactions with numerous national and regional tenants, including Albertsons, BBVA Compass (now PNC Bank), Boot Barn, Candlewood Suites, Chase Bank, Chrysler, Ford, Darden Restaurants (Olive Garden and Red Lobster), J. Alexander’s, King Soopers, Old Navy, REI, Safelite AutoGlass, Safeway, Sears, See’s Candies, Starbucks, The Home Depot, Walgreens, Wendy’s and Wells Fargo. His experience spans tenant representation, investment sales, big box dispositions, land sales and development services.

Throughout his career, Tom has successfully sold 16 multi-tenant retail centers. Today, he works intentionally with churches, schools, and nonprofit organizations on market evaluations, property dispositions, relocations, expansions, and downsizing strategies, and connects clients with trusted financing and legal resources. With extensive market expertise and a strong professional network, Tom delivers strategic, creative and results-driven solutions that help clients achieve their real estate goals.

Professional Affiliations/Awards

Tom joined the International Council of Shopping Centers, now known as Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC) in 1985. In 2009, he joined ICSC’s Government Relations Committee for Colorado.
