Confluence Cos. will break ground in January on the $60 million Riverwalk mixed-use development in downtown Castle Rock.

Riverwalk will include 228 apartments, 30,000 square feet of office space and 10,000 square feet of retail. The project is expected to be complete in 2018, with some portions completed earlier in the year than others.
