Denver still in top 20 in U.S. when it comes to rent, says new study

Denver still remains in the nation’s top 20 cities when it comes to most expensive rents, according to a new study.
The median rent (half pay more, half pay less) in Denver for a one-bedroom apartment is $1,240, which is up 1.6 percent from last month, according to San Francisco-based apartment rental app Zumper.
The median rent for a two-bedroom apartment in Denver fell to $1,700, which is down 1.7 percent from the previous month.
The most expensive rental market in the country remains remains San Francisco, where the median monthly rent is $3,510, according to Zumper.
