When New York-based online lending company On Deck Capital Inc. made a move into Denver three years ago, it had a “shoe box” for an office with all 16 employees crammed in.

Wednesday, the now-170 employees strolled around OnDeck’s new spacious digs on the 10 ^th floor at 101 W. Colfax, the Denver Post’s headquarters building. The floor features a deck that overlooks Civic Center Park and has plenty of room to grow to the promised 600 employees over the next eight years as called for n a $10.14 million state tax credit incentives package.
