Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of 6303 Wadsworth Bypass, Arvada, CO 80003. This 12,250 square foot property sold on July 3, 2014 for $770,000 or $63.09 per square foot. The single tenant office property is located on the Wadsworth Boulevard corridor which has recently experienced tremendous growth with new mixed-use, retail, residential development and in proximity to the extension of the Gold Line of Denver’s Fas Tracks light rail project scheduled to open to the public in 2016.
