Pinnacle Announces the Sale of Mixed-Use Asset in Capitol Hill Submarket
Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of 821-827 Corona Street in Denver, Colorado 80218. Built in 1919, the building still holds architectural integrity with original exposed brick and high ceilings. The 2-story urban mixed-use property sold on December 22nd, 2014 for $2,150,000 ($109.45/SQFT). Jules Hochman, Justin Brockman and Billy Riesing represented the Seller. Matt Ritter, Jeff Johnson, Cody Stambaugh and Peter Sengelmann represented the Buyer in the transaction.
