The building is located just off West 58th Avenue and Ralston Road. The property sold on December 17, 2015 for $800,000 or $157.08 per square foot.  Cody Stambaugh, Matt Ritter, and Jeff Johnson with the Johnson Ritter Team, were transaction brokers on the deal.

“The seller of the property operated the business at the location for many years.
