Corey Sandberg joined Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors in 2015 and has assisted clients in nearly $500 million of commercial real estate transactions. Owning multiple investment properties himself, Corey understands and is passionate about real estate. He has a strong desire to help others realize the benefits of owning and investing in real estate.

Corey’s involvement in real estate began at an early age. Starting at twelve years old, he helped with his father’s business building housing subdivisions in Arizona. By sixteen, he had started his own company specializing in block retaining walls and landscape design services.

Following high school, Corey enlisted in the U.S. Army, serving five years as an Airborne Infantryman with deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan. After completing his military service, he walked on to the University of Idaho football team as a linebacker, playing alongside his brother, Dallas. The Sandberg brothers’ journey was covered by numerous media outlets, including ESPN.

Corey spent three years at the University of Idaho, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business. He has resided in Colorado and focused on investment real estate ever since.
